Construction Management

Lamar encourages our customers to use the design/build method of construction; however construction management is also an option.

In this method, typically an owner has selected an architect and the drawing of blueprints has commenced. At this point a Construction Manager is hired to provide construction leadership as well as perform administrative and management functions.

The benefits of this option include early cost estimating, time savings as work construction can begin before the design is completed, a fee established from the onset of the project, and architectural and engineering fees are kept to a minimum as they are determined from the beginning.
