Our process of working with you is about one word; listening. How can we satisfy your needs if we don’t know them? For this reason alone we begin the early stages of the building process doing a lot of listening, asking a lot of questions. Learning about the nature of your business. Your plans. Your needs, so that the end result fulfills those needs well into the future. We want to make sure that we not only construct a facility that meets your needs now, but also takes into account where your business will be in five or ten years. The listening doesn’t stop however when the dirt is moved or the concrete is poured, we’re attentive throughout the process. Being dedicated to your satisfaction means accommodating your need for change at any time during the building process.

Now don’t worry we won’t just listen the entire time we’ll also provide you with valuable information necessary for the progression of your facility from concept to completion. We can help you with land acquisition, feasibility studies, throughput and time, as well as site layouts, zoning issues, tax abatement, cost segregation and much, much, more which will save you valuable time and money. Not all general contractors do their own steel erection. It is important to note that Lamar self-performs our steel erection meaning we control the schedule. We can enclose the building faster.
