For nearly a hundred years Eerdmans Publishing has offered the reading public the “finest in religious” literature. Today that literature comes from a fresh, new corporate headquarters that offers a warm and inviting environment for staff and customers.

Eerdmans Publishing contracted Lamar Construction Company to fit-out this existing 49,000 SF shell of an unfinished manufacturing facility to accommodate product storage and office space.  The completed facility includes a 36,000 SF warehouse and a two-story, 25,000 SF high-end office that includes multiple private offices, conference rooms, spacious sitting areas, a café, and bookstore that features a unique free-standing fireplace.

Filled with natural light and environmentally friendly materials, the facility maintains Eerdmans rich tradition and history in an energy efficient, cost-effective building.
