Description:

Originally the home of Colonial Manufacturing Company, established in 1906, and later owned and expanded by Sligh Furniture Company in the early 1980s, this facility is rich with history.

In early 2004, this property was purchased by ILH, LLC. Plans for renovating and restoring this Zeeland, Michigan landmark, which had fallen into disrepair over the past decade, were put into motion immediately, and Lamar Construction Company was contracted to complete these renovations.

The updated facility includes a combination of manufacturing space, offices, and family housing.
