Completed in May of 2009, this nearly 40,000 square foot addition serves as Bay Harbor Yacht Club's event center.  With four event halls, an expansive kitchen, and large outdoor seating areas overlooking Lake Michigan, this luxurious facility is designed to accommodate events and gatherings of all sizes.

This attractive conventional steel, wood stud, and truss structure makes extensive use of wood cladding and stone veneer.
