When long-time client Royal Technologies made the decision to expand its operations into Cullman, Alabama, it once again turned to Lamar Construction Company for design/build services.

This 210,000 square foot conventional and pre-engineered steel facility is designed to serve multipe functions. Beyond its manufacturing capacity, the facility serves as a corporate office, training center, and product showroom. The office features an expansive main entry with client hospitality area, a mezzanine level product showroom, and several large conference and meeting spaces.
