The "Auto Value Concept" is a collaborative effort between our companies which creates a system for new facility development based on market trends and statistical data. Working with Auto Value, Lamar developed three solutions; a 4,500, 6,000, and 7,500 square foot facility, each offering a fixed cost per unit. Based on the statistical output, one of the three scenarios is selected by Auto Value, ensuring the utmost in flexibility for a fixed cost structure. In addition this system allowed Auto Value to create and maintain a new corporate brand image among their existing structures and new turn-key facilities all while having a single source contractor throughout the state.
