Tara has over 12 years combined experience as a purchasing manager within a variety of  industries. Joining Lamar in 2008 as a purchasing agent, she acquires materials, tools, equipment, vehicles, supplies, services, and many other resources. She specializes in negotiating and supervising supply contracts for construction projects throughout the nation, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Tara is instrumental in implementing a better process to assist Lamar Construction with accurate inventory control, turning the sourcing and management of our tools, equipment, materials, and consumables into a method in order to improve profitability.
