Jason has a decade of experience in commercial and industrial construction. He acts as the single source facilitator for the owner, gathering and managing all the parties that will make up the design/build team.  

Jason’s pre-construction services range from negotiating contracts, helping to secure financing, and site selection to laying out floors plans and providing value added ideas during the conceptual design phase.  He acts as the owner’s “right hand man” through all the pre-construction services and is responsible for a smooth transition into the construction phase.
