Ben joined the Lamar Construction team in 2001. Starting in the field as an ironworker, Ben has become a knowledgeable steel foreman through his years of hands on experience as well as the various training courses he has taken through Lamar Construction. As a Conventional Steel Foreman, Ben is responsible for leading and coordinating the schedules of the on-site team as well as with any other trades on the job site.
