Tom Welling has two decades of experience in development and commercial and residential construction.  Tom specializes in medical, retail, industrial, and commercial office program management.

As VP of Construction, Tom is responsible for providing leadership to the project management team to effectively deliver projects with satisfied customers on time and within budget. Tom oversees the day to day functions of senior project managers and maintains relationships with key client contacts. In addition, Tom reviews project estimates, ongoing costs, and monthly billing; and coordinates resources with the Vice President of Operations, matching skills and personalities with customers and projects.
