Eric Steinmetz is a 25-year veteran of the construction industry, having begun as an apprentice carpenter while at night earned a degree in structural engineering from Northeastern University.  Mr. Steinmetz has twenty solid years as a full-charge estimator working manufacturing, heavy industry and health care projects across the United states.  In 2008 he was accredited a LEED Professional by the Green Building Council.
