Brent Balkema has over eight years of experience in commercial and residential construction.  Brent’s experience includes the estimation of the full spectrum of project types.

As Estimating Manager, Brent is responsible for defining the project’s scope of work; pre-qualifying bidders; preparing the bid package and transmitting it to bidders; conducting post-bid interviews; awarding subcontracts; and managing any change orders, addenda, or other scope changes during the construction phase.
