Jon Machiela joined Lamar Construction in 2008, bringing his nearly 20 years experience in construction to the team.  In his career he has transitioned from being an Excavation Site Forman to being a Project Manager.

As Project Manager, Jon incorporates his experience of working in the field into his management of the daily operations on the jobsite.  He coordinates field crews & subcontractor activities, enforces safety guidelines, reviews shop drawings, inspects quality standards, and communicates job progress to the other Project Managers, Engineers, and the Owner group.
