Lafe Herrick has been with Lamar Construction since 2010 and has spent over 16 years in the construction industry. Lafe has extensive experience in the fields of construction management, general contracting, steel erection, freezer construction, and design/build.

As Senior Project Manager, Lafe oversees and coordinates all aspects of the construction phase, and is the owner group’s primary contact throughout the duration of the project. Lafe conducts weekly progress meetings with the clients, field management team, and subcontractors, ensuring that all parties are kept up to date.
