Wade joined Lamar Construction in 2011 as a Conventional Steel Foreman. In 2012 he became a Conventional Steel Project Manager.

Within this position, Wade oversees the day to day operations on the job site  including guiding and managing the field crew; coordinating equipment; reviewing shop drawings; enforcing safety regulations and quality standards; and communicating progress to the project manager and owner group. Wade also helps to assure the ASIC Quality standards are met on all conventional steel projects.
