Allyson joined Lamar Construction in 2010. As human resources administrator she assists with recruitment and selection processes, employee benefit administration, as well as conducts new employee orientation. Allyson is also part of Lamar Construction's community involvement team and is the day to day human resources contact for the entire Lamar staff. Currently, Allyson is in the process of of completing her MSA in Human Resources from Central Michigan University and will conclude her studies in May of 2013.
